DR. C.N. ADEP SCHOLARSHIP

For Curricular and Co-curricular Achievements

INTRODUCTION

From the year 2024-25, our school management - ADEP EDUCATION SOCIETY decided to establish a scholarship named after DR. C.N. ADEP SIR (Founder of our schools) acknowledging his contributions to the field of education. This award will be given to the students for their outstanding Curricular and Co-Curricular Achievements during the previous Academic Year. This scholarship will be awarded on SCHOLARSHIP AWARDS CEREMONY to be held on the occassion of GURU PURNIMA every year.

SCHOLARSHIP AWARDEES :

YEAR 2024-25 : List of Scholarship Awardees

AWARD DETAILS :

AMOUNT : The monetary value will be decided and intimated by AES.
DURATION : For one year
DISBURSEMENT : Award / Amount will be disbursed in Awards Ceremony.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA :

CURRICULAR REQUIREMENTS : 

• First in Class / Grade / Section in the school.
• Highest score in S.S.C. Board Examination in the school.
• Passed in 5th / 8th Scholarship Examination.

ATTENDANCE REQUIREMENT :

• More than 90% attendance in the previous academic year.

CO-CURRICULAR REQUIREMENTS :

• Participation / Won / Showed Best Performance in any events, celebrations or sports activities.

FINANCIAL NEED :

• Financial need of the parents may be considered while approving the scholarship.

APPLICATION PROCESS

APPLICATION FORM :

• Interested candidates should submit duely filled scholarship form before due date.

TRANSCRIPTS :

• Submit the copy of official curricular & co-curricular transcripts.

RECOMMENDATION :

• Application form should be duely signed and recommended by head of the school.

SELECTION PROCESS : 

REVIEW / SELECTION COMMITTEE :

• All the applications will be reviewed by a Review / Selection committee of AES.

NOTIFICATION

• Applications will be notified through a phone call by the Review Committee.

FINAL AUTHORITY :

• The decisions made by the Review / Selection committee are final and cannot be appealed or contested.
