eSEHS is an advanced interactive e-learning platform, an initiative of SARASWATI ENGLISH HIGH SCHOOL, Narpoli, Bhiwandi (Dist – Thane, Maharashtra). 

Education seems to be constantly changing. During the COVID-19 pandemic, we have realized the potential of online learning. We also felt that classroom learning has its advantages. 

Today technology has reached the point where students are no longer expected to sit at a desk and take notes in a classroom. eSEHS will serve as a one-to-one guide, teacher, and mentor. Learning with two directional engagements between content and student; continuous & comprehensive evaluation can be possible. 

The classroom or school environment has its own advantages. The school provides a conducive learning environment. The classroom provides a dynamic learning experience. This includes an exchange of thoughts, expressing emotions, face to face interaction among students and teachers. Students in classroom learning actively participate in asking questions and getting their queries resolved. Dialogues among individuals lead to a flow of conversations and provide an opportunity to share their experiences. On the contrary, it lacks flexibility and convenience. At the same time, online interactive content engages students individually, and individual attention on students can be possible using technology. In classroom learning, practically it is difficult to take care of individual students in the average classroom size of 50-60 students.

eSEHS would be an all-in-one learning platform. It includes courses in all subjects from Nursery to Class 10. We use an advanced Learning Management System (LMS) – Learnpress backed by an HTML5-based interactive content developer tool – H5P. Till now we have developed over 1000 interactive elements. Development is in progress.
